We do everything we can to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, please contact us to arrange return (exchange or refund). We accept returns up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. All returned products must be in original condition, must have original packaging and accessories (items without original tags or labels attached or with evident traces of the use or items washed are non-refundable).
If you are returning product because of our mistake (wrong or defective item) we will refund the return shipping cost to you (but we ask you to use standard shipping method – we cannot reimburse you for express shipping or courier company costs).
If you are asking for exchange or refund because you simply are not happy with your purchase, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
