Let me know within 10 days after your purchase if you have any problems and I will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. The garment or item must be unwashed and unworn for an exchange. Please contact Clementiny before attempting a return. I want all my customers to be SUPER SATISFIED!!!
I try hard to make sure all items in my shop are very well made with high quality materials. If there ever is a problem, I am happy to work out the best solution for the situation. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
